1. Authority
You may submit an opportunity only if you are authorized to represent the provider and the listing is lawful, legitimate, and materially accurate.
2. Required truth
Listings should identify the accountable provider, actual opportunity type, eligibility, location, dates, deadline and time zone, compensation or unpaid status, every required fee, selection process, material rights or license demands, accessibility or safety information when relevant, and the real application route.
3. No hidden changes
Do not materially change compensation, fees, rights demands, eligibility, dates, location, or selection terms after applicants rely on the listing without clearly updating the record and affected applicants.
4. Artist information
Use applicant information only for the stated opportunity and related administration. Do not harvest, resell, repurpose, or expose nonpublic artist information for unrelated marketing, surveillance, list building, or other purposes.
5. Fair + lawful selection
Do not use Artist Tune-Up to facilitate unlawful discrimination, deceptive recruiting, unpaid work presented as paid work, hidden pay-to-play requirements, exploitative rights grabs, scams, or unsafe activity.
6. Platform role
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Artist Tune-Up provides listing, matching, application, and workflow tools. It does not guarantee applicants, selection, payment, safety, legality, performance, or provider conduct and is not automatically the employer, hiring party, contracting party, or payment agent.
7. Review + enforcement
Artist Tune-Up may request clarification, pause or remove a listing, preserve evidence, restrict provider access, or refer a matter for additional review when accuracy, authority, rights, fraud, discrimination, safety, or privacy is reasonably in question.
