What is Artist Tune-Up now?
Artist Tune-Up is an artist-development system built around one reusable artist record. It helps an artist organize what already exists, strengthen the materials around the work, maintain a professional presence, move toward relevant opportunities, and manage more of the business around the work as their level expands. The private Tune-Up is cyclical: a Tune-Up can be completed, but the artist is never declared complete. The public profile is one view of the record; Ask Tune-Up is the contextual intelligence layer that can answer from the artist's actual record when they are signed in.

What does Build Me → Keep Me Current → Move Me Forward mean?
BUILD ME means start with the information and work the artist already has and organize it into one useful record. KEEP ME CURRENT means maintain that professional record as meaningful activity changes, with artist review where interpretation is involved. MOVE ME FORWARD means connect the stronger record to actual next steps—opportunities, pitches, bookings, applications, collaborations, and other rooms the artist wants to enter.

Does an Artist Tune-Up ever finish?
Yes. A Tune-Up is a completable cycle, but the artist is never declared complete. Each cycle moves through the work that matters now, ends with a specific Next Move, and stays preserved in history. A later goal, new evidence, or meaningful professional change can start another cycle without resetting prior progress. The next cycle should reopen only the areas that matter for what comes next.

If Tune-Up can find public information about me, does that mean it can publish it?
No. Public-source discovery, a private artist record, publication by direct link, Artist Tune-Up Discover visibility, and outside search-engine indexing are separate states. For a new artist, Tune-Up creates the account and private starter first, shows a plain-language trust orientation, and only then begins the bounded public-professional research used for the starting build. Acknowledging that explanation is informational; it is not publication consent. The artist can review, correct, reject, hide, or remove information and separately decide what becomes public. An existing prebuilt profile may have been assembled from public professional sources before the artist claims it; claiming gives the artist control but does not automatically approve every inherited detail or change its visibility.

What can Ask Tune-Up do with my record?
Ask Tune-Up is the existing intelligence entry point inside Artist Tune-Up. When an artist is signed in, it can reason from the private artist record, current Tune-Up cycle, work, proof, outputs, activity, opportunities, pending review items, and progress. It can explain, check, help weigh a decision, or prepare the next action. It should use existing evidence before suggesting new material, state uncertainty instead of bluffing, and route consequential identity, authorship, publication, outreach, or submission decisions through the appropriate approval or human judgment.

What if something is wrong with my account, email, or profile?
Tell Ask Tune-Up what is happening in plain language. For known, non-destructive operational problems, Tune-Up can inspect the relevant account or profile state and use an approved recovery path when one exists. A missing verification email can be checked and safely resent. A blank profile can be checked against the underlying record so Tune-Up repairs or retries the existing profile instead of creating duplicates. Problems that cannot be safely fixed automatically enter the same Review Room issue system used for ATU QA, with the artist's report attached so it can be tracked instead of disappearing into a separate form.

What can organizations do with Artist Tune-Up?
Organizations have a separate relationship to the ecosystem. They can discover public artist profiles, create or connect real opportunities, support cohorts or sponsored access, and manage their own organization-side relationships without entering an artist's private Tune-Up. The artist owns the artist record; an organization owns the relationship and program history it is responsible for. Deeper institutional creative-infrastructure concepts are being developed from this same principle without cloning the artist experience.
